Jeans is always my first choice for my everyday outfit. When I saw the Lionbran Jeans yarn, I quickly made up my mind that I want to make a patchwork scarf using these beautiful yarn. I want my denim knitting pieces look like they really “patched” together. So I add three basic hand sew stitch to get the final look.

If you like knitting scarf, there is another scarf available free on my blog too. Warm Me Up Cashmere Scarf

Bind off loosely.

Tassels: (make 3)

Cut a winding board from heavy cardboard about 10 in/25 cm length. Wind yarn (In color A) around board 12 times. Slide the yarn loops off cardboard. Center it on 10 in/25 cm yarn(In color C), and tie a tight knot around. Pull ends of yarn (In color C) upward. Cut through looped ends, and adjust into tassel shape. Tie crosswise around each tassel about 1 in/2.5 cm below top of fold with 12 in /30.5cm lengths yarn (In color D).

Tie the tops of the tassels onto the 3 corners of the scarf and knot to secure. Weave in ends and trim the tassels ends to even them.
